ITH & Partners is owned and managed by Ingunn Hofseth. She is also the President and CEO of HSMAI Region Europe based out of London. She has extensive background from the hotel and industry and with association management. In 1993 she became active with the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Norway as one of their volunteers. A couple of years afterwards she became their Managing Director in Norway. Under her leadership, HSMAI in Norway has had an enormous growth and with a high retention factor. They have become one of the leading associations in the hotel and travel industry. She got elected as Vice Chair for HSMAI Globally in 2002 and for many years she was active in Europe in that role.
